BTT has a strong believe in its own capability and that African independence in the energy sector is
possible. Skills development and training form an important component and BTT offers on the job
training for young people with a good understanding of mathematics and a drive to learn about
transformers. BTT encourage young black female to apply for training to promote the inclusiveness of
young women in a male dominated industry. Whether you are a school leaver, an apprentice or a
