BTT’s transformers are designed and manufactured from start to finish at its workshop in Meyerton,
South Africa. BTT’s electrical and mechanical engineers design transformers with the lowest losses
and lowest total cost of ownership, whilst adhering to the latest version of the applicable technical
specifications. Each unit is manufactured according to the client’s unique specifications.
 BTT manufacturers transformers from 16kVA up to 10MVA, single or three phase, step up or
step down, single or dual ration, oil filled or dry type, copper or aluminium winding
 BTT manufactures mini-substations, under license from an international pure play
manufacturer, from 200kVA up to 1000kVA, Type A or Type B, with Ring Main Unit (air, oil or
gas)
